unless you're gay, then you've probably never heard of Out magazine. i sure hadn't, until about five minutes ago when i came across the cover featuring the guys of Gossip Girl -- Chace Crawford, Penn Badgley, and Ed Westwick. (click here to read the article)
am i the only person who didn't know that Dan turns gay in the books? i never read them, i only watch the show; i think i spoiled the story for myself.

I personally have read them. Anywho, it was really a confused stage, and he decides he isn't gay.
I highly doubt he'd become gay on the show. His character is much different in the book, and never dates Serena.
i'm surprised he doesnt date her in the books. it's such a big part of the tv show. i've read the prequel though, and yeah, he seems totally different.
I haven't read the series but the show is pretty good. These guys are eye candy.
i've read all of the books, and he do dates serena in the books, but nevertheless is the show much more different in my opinion not as good as the books.
but still; the guys are hot..!
